Learn how to use AIRTABLE (free)

Hey Reader,

One of my all-time FAVOURITE business tools (aside from Hubsy) is Airtable.

We use it to organise everything.

It's allowed us to do so much in our business, and now that it integrates with Hubsy, we can do even more things automatically without having to lift a finger.

๐Ÿ‘‡ Task management in Airtable is a JOY look ๐Ÿ‘€

These are the kinds of things that we do in our Airtable:

  • Plan all our marketing
  • Plan and manage projects, including assigning tasks and staying on top of deadlines
  • Manage all the links for blogs, podcasts, lead magnets, sales pages, products, etc so we can always find what we need when we need it
  • Organise automations and tools
  • Keep notes from courses and masterclasses
  • Track client results and social proof

Honestly, the list goes on and on.

Just recently, I set up an automation in Hubsy that adds tasks to our project management Airtable when people join the membership. Took me less than 2 minutes. Will save us hours.

But we couldnt have done any of it without Ashley from Systems Over Stress.

She is the undeniable Airtable Queen, and she has a free training coming up that you're probably going to want to join.

In it, she's teaching you how to use Airtable to automate your client experience so things stop slipping through the cracks.

The training is free, but it will feel like you should have paid for it!

Even if you know you can't invest in Ashley's program right now, come to the training, you will learn a ton.

Hey Reader ๐Ÿ‘‹ One of our members posed a question on today's quarterly planning call... "How much is actually manageable for one quarter?" If you're someone who sometimes finds you're trying to do too much and then feel disappointed when you can't get it all done, here are some tips we shared. Be realistic with your time and your goals. Everyone works differently and has different time commitments, so don't worry about what anyone else is doing and focus on yourself. Think about what motivates...

Reader We all want to give our clients 100%... they expect nothing less. But giving 100% to someone elseโ€™s business means thereโ€™s nothing left for yours. That's no good. When client work comes first, your own admin/marketing gets put off. Things get missed. You drop the ball. And you end up feeling behind everyone else.Wondering โ€œHow do they have their shit together when I donโ€™t?โ€ And then all of a sudden, a client cancels, and because you've neglected your business, you're screwed. Sound...

Hey Reader, You may be wondering how The Social Media Manager's Toolkit is different from other courses, and why it's better. Here's the honest answer: it's built on what actually works. Not just what looks good in Canva. It's based on everything we've been doing ourselves for over ten years, and what thousands of other social media managers have used to book four-figure clients and keep them. Every template, every process, every framework inside the toolkit has done the job in the real...
