Annual members make the most money in the membership

Hey Reader,

You know that feeling when you've been doing something the slow way for months... and then someone shows you the shortcut and you're like why didn't I just do that from the start?

That's our annual membership.

Here's the thing. Most people stay, even when they pay monthly. That's not a guess, it's just what keeps happening. And about 90 days in, without fail, they send us some version of "I should've just gone annual."

Because the monthly bill doesn't just cost more. It adds that 'damn I should have gone annual' thought every 30 days.

Annual removes all of that. You're in. You're using it. You're getting results from it. And you're saving £189 in the process.

There's also a 1:1 coaching session just for annual members. You fill in a quick form, we jump on Voxer, and we help you get clear on exactly where you're going and how to get there faster. Monthly members don't get that.

And here's the weird bit... annual members consistently make the most money inside the membership. We don't fully know why. We think it's because they've committed. They show up differently.

If you're the kind of person who commits to things — and honestly, you're still here reading this, so — annual is for you.

(The monthly option is there too if you'd prefer to start that way.)

Doors close on 19th March

See you inside :)

"I don't know enough to offer power hours""I need to learn more before I can host a masterclass""I'm too new to deliver workshops" We hear this a lot. But here's what's actually true. Offering social media management is the hardest thing you can do. You're responsible for results, month after month, for real businesses. You're making strategic decisions every single day. You know your stuff well enough that someone pays you every month to prove it. A power hour, a masterclass, a workshop......

For years, I've watched other people spend a fortune on networking. The early morning breakfasts. The hours out of the business with nothing to show for it but a stack of business cards you'll never look at again. I did it differently. I ran paid, face-to-face workshops for local businesses that needed help with their social media. They paid me to be in the room. I got to demonstrate exactly what I knew. And the businesses sitting in front of me were literally my ideal clients, with their...

For a while, I made more from my 1:1 offers than from my retainer clients. Not because I'd lost my retainer clients! Because I intentionally structured my weeks to have more flexibility. I have a disabled son (his name is William). And what that means in real terms is that my diary can change without warning. An appointment I can't cancel. A hospital stay I didn't plan for. And I've had many weeks turn into a nightmare very quickly. Retainers are brilliant, but they come with expectations,...
