Read this if you have questions about the membership

Hey Reader,

We're at Adobe Creator Live, but we wanted to make sure we answered the questions we've been getting asked most about the membership.

Because a small niggling question you haven’t been able to find the answer to is really annoying when you're thinking about joining a membership (been there, been irritated by it!)

So here are the answers to the most common queries in our inbox:

“What if I join and don’t use it?”

Monthly members can cancel at any time. No questions or guilt trips, just fill in a quick form and we'll sort it for you. If you join for a month, use it, and decide it’s not for you, that’s completely fine. The members who’ve been with us for 3, 4, or even 5 years didn’t think they’d stay that long either 😉

“Is it worth it if I only need Hubsy?”

Absolutely. Hubsy alone replaces tools that would cost you £200–£300+ a month. The membership is £99/month, and you get Hubsy PLUS all the training, coaching, community, and directory. It’s bonkers value, frankly.

“I’m still quite new, is it too advanced for me?”

If you’re already working with clients (even just one or two), you’re ready. The membership is designed for established freelancers, but “established” doesn’t mean earning six figures. It means you’re doing the work and you want to do it better, smarter, and more profitably.

“What if I’m too experienced for this?”

Some of our most engaged members have been freelancing for 10+ years. They stay for the community, the coaching, the ongoing masterclasses from experts, and Hubsy. You’d be surprised how much there is to gain from being in a room with people at your level (and above).

“Why can’t I just join when the doors reopen?”

You absolutely can. But we’re not reopening publicly until later this year (we haven’t set a date yet). Every month you wait is a month of your business staying exactly as it is. A month without the tools, the strategy, or the support. We’ve had so many people tell us they wish they’d joined sooner. Not one person has ever told us they were glad they waited.

“Monthly or annual?”

If you think you’ll stay longer than 10 months (and the average is 3–4 years), go annual. You’ll save £189 AND get a 1:1 coaching call with us. If you’d rather test the waters first, monthly is £99 with no commitment.

If you have a question we've not answered yet, fire it over. We’ll get back to you before the doors close (include your Instagram handle if you'd prefer we voice message you).

But if you’ve made up your mind, we'll see you in there!

→ YES! I'm ready to join the membership

Hey Reader, The Offer Triangle can protect your income. We've seen it happen so many times, with our members and with ourselves. When you're freelancing, you're dealing with two key risks — client dependency and income instability. You can lose one client or hit a slow patch, and your entire business feels like it's falling apart. Unless you have flexible services to replace income whenever you need it. It shouldn't matter if a client cancels tomorrow. Your Offer Triangle should protect you....

Hey Reader, If "I don't have time right now" is the reason you haven't joined yet, I need to show you something. Emma joined the membership, working 3 hours a week, not because she wanted to. Because that's all she had. Her son has multiple severe allergies, eczema, and asthma. Meaning hospital teams and specialist treatment in London every few weeks. Medical appointments plus school drop-offs equal a schedule where flexibility isn't a luxury, it's essential. When she joined, she was making...

Here's what actually happens when you join: Within minutes: You'll get a welcome email with your login details. You'll have instant access to the members' portal, the community, and Hubsy, so...
