You know how we said you're ignoring your warmest leads because you're too busy chasing strangers online?

You should try what Aiza does.

Aiza is our designer (she is amazing), and we've worked with her on several projects since 2024.

But she's not *just* amazing at design. She's also amazing at following up and keeping her clients warm.

Every so often, she will check in with us to see if we need anything.

It never feels like a sales pitch, even though she is selling to us, and every time she does it, we have a little chat to see if there is, in fact, something we need.

The emails have:

• Built a connection as we feel part of her business
• Kept her top of mind, so we often tag her when people are looking for a designer
• Made us spend more money with her!

Yes, her messages are sales emails, but not in a spammy, salesy way. They're just a human-to-human check-in.

You should 100% be doing this with your past clients (if you'd work with them again)

This is how you could structure the message:

• Greeting
• Connection point - this is where you show an interest in something they're doing (be a human)
• Ask if theres anything they need your help with
• Remind them of some options that might suit (a power hour, your management services etc)

This is NOT an email to your whole list. It's a 1:1 DM, email, voice message etc.

And for the love of god, do NOT ask AI to write this email.

Just be a normal human and have a conversation!
